Minutes: Program Construction Manager/design Team Will Record and Distribute Meeting Minutes to Attendees and Others Known by Issuing Office to Have Received a Complete Set of Procurement and Contracting Documents. Minutes of Meeting Are Issued as Available Information and Do Not Constitute a Modification to Procurement and Contracting Documents. Modifications to Procurement and Contracting Documents Are Issued by Written Addendum Only. 1. Sign-in Sheet: Minutes Will Include List of Meeting Attendees Time of Completion D. Bidders Shall Begin Work on Receipt of Notice to Proceed and Shall Complete Work Within Contract Time. 1.6 Bidder's Qualifications A. Bidders Shall Be Properly Licensed Under Laws Governing Their Respective Trades and Be Able to Obtain Insurance and Bonds Required for Work. Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Submit Performance Bond And Separate Labor and Material Payment Bond in the Amount of 100 Percent of Contract Sum, and Insurance in a Form Acceptable to Owner. TIME OF COMPLETION A. Notice to Proceed will be given on or about May 10, 2024. B. Owner requires Work to be Substantially Complete and reoccupied by August 15, 2024. Work may commence on June 13, 2024, or before, as agreed to by the Owner and Construction Manager
