Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The existing Bloomer Line segment of the Constitution Trail between the Connie Link Amphitheater and Underwood Park is heavily used during theater events and performances. Two event parking areas are located within Underwood Park and theatre patrons will utilize this segment of the Constitution Trail to and from the amphitheater. The placement of lighting along this segment of the trail will help enable safe night use. The project will involve the installation of three pole lights that will help to improve visibility, increase trail convenience, and give trail users a sense of security while passing through at night. The trail segment is separated by a pedestrian bridge at Linden Street. The approximate location of the three pole lights have been predetermined. One pole light will be installed west of the bridge, between the Connie Link Amphitheatre and the Linden Street Bridge. The other two light poles will be installed on the east side of the bridge, between the Underwood Park trailhead parking lot and the Linden Street Bridge. The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final.
