Renovation of a water / sewer project in Normal, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK n general, items of work to be performed under this Section shall include, but are not limited to labor, materials and equipment to furnish and install temporary construction and facilities necessary to complete work as indicated on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. Clarifier No. 2 - Gear Drive and Mixers Rehabilitation Project The Town of Normal reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any formalities in the bidding procedures. The bid award will be made by the Town Council and their decision will be final. Bidder shall conduct the required Site visit during normal working hours and shall not disturb any ongoing operations at the Site. Bid Documents are available for this project at Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., 203 Harrison Street, Peoria, IL 61602 Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before March 3, 2025 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or March 17, 2025.
