Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shorewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

City/County - Channahon Work will include site clearing, earthwork operations, parking lot, concrete walks, HMA and limestone screenings trails, river access concrete ramp, underground drainage, playground installation, shelter installation, site furnishings, tree planting, and seeding operations. Additional Information: Bid documents are available for download for free at BuildingConnected. All interested parties will be required to register with Building Connected. There is no charge for registering. Only full sets will be sold or downloaded. Hard copies are at the contractors expense. Remove paving and curbs as required to accomplish new work. B. Remove manholes and manhole covers, curb inlets and catch basins. C. Remove other items indicated, for salvage, relocation, and recycling. D. Fill excavations, open pits, and holes in ground areas generated as result of removals, using specified fill; compact fill as required so that required rough grade elevations do not subside within one year after completion.
