Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shorewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of PVC water main and associated appurtenance installation, water service replacement, fire hydrant installation, water valve installation, pavement reconstruction, curb and gutter removal & replacement, sidewalk installation, storm sewer removal & replacement, sanitary sewer removal & replacement, parkway restoration - seeding, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown and described herein. Site Directions: The project is located on Earl Road from Geneva Street to US Route 52 and Geneva Street from 150' East of Ravinia Drive to the east end within the Village of Shorewood. Est.
