New Parking Lot and Site Improvements at the Shorewood-Troy Public Library located at 650 Deerwood Drive Results and recommendations will be made to the Library Board's Building Committee. The final voting will take place at a Special Library Board Meeting. The date and time for the Special Library Board Meeting has not yet been scheduled. Construction Documents will be issued electronically to invited and qualified bidders only. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date without the consent of the Shorewood-Troy Public Library. The successful bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond with an A. M. Best Company Rating of A- or Higher in the full amount of the Contract. The Shorewood-Troy Public Library, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, or parts thereof, or to waive technical errors or omissions in submitted proposals. The Contract shall be subject to the provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1 et seq.) to the extent required by law. Al questions concerning the bid/proposal or the Contract Documents shal be submitted to the Architect. Questions requiring a clarification or interpretation of the specifications sha l be submitted to the Architect in writing at least seven (7) working days prior to the bid opening so that the Architect can issue a written response to al bidders in the form of an Addendum.
