The work consists of, but is not limited to, construction of new filter building with electrical controls and chlorine rooms (City of San Luis to supply PEMB), installation of Pureflow manganese filters (City of San Luis to supply Pureflow filters and equipment), construction of an 80,000 gallon welded steel reclaim water tank, construction of underground piping, valves and groundwater well motor and pump, construction of electrical power and control systems (including City of San Luis provided service entrance section and diesel generator), along with appurtenances and other work incidental to the project as specified in the Contract Document and Project Plans. The project shall be complete and in place within 210 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. The proposed work is located at City of San Luis Well Site 5 which is located at the City's Public Works Yard on 4 th Avenue about 1/4 mile north of Union Street in the City of San Luis. The project is located in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 11 South, Range 25 West, Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian.
