West Chillisquaque Twp Paving: Furnish and place 11 Ton Asphalt Wearing; 167 Ton Asphalt Binder and preform 78 CY Excavation and 89 SY Asphalt Milling. Upper Augusta Twp Paving: Furnish and place 556 Ton Asphalt Wearing and 150 Ton Asphalt Base. Lower Augusta Twp Paving: Furnish and place 30 Ton Asphalt Wearing; 90 Ton Asphalt Binder; 120 Ton 2A Subbase and preform 124 CY Excavation. Rockefeller Twp Paving: furnish and place 168 Ton Asphalt Base. Prevailing Wage Rates shall be paid on the Northumberland Borough and Shamokin Township projects. CSCOG Line Paint: furnish and place 49,697 LF 4" Double Yellow and 15,342 LF 4" Single White. CSCOG Seal Coat Contract: Furnish and place 165,693 SY Asphalt Seal Coat; 28,458 SY Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Application; 11,400 SY Bituminous Fiber Seal; 2,600 Gal Asphalt Prime Coat; 556 SY Asphalt Prime Coat; 76,028 SY Asphalt Fog Seal and 800 Gal Asphalt Joint & Crack Seal. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% and Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract is required of all bidders, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required within 20 days of receiving notice of being awarded the bid to each municipality. All work and Material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Central Susquehanna Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
