Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Crown Point, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
**As of February 26, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Install Owner provided Water Meters, Water Meter Pits, and Related Accessories to WD-1 and WD-2 involving installations both in house and with outdoor meter pits. The project will be bid and awarded as two (2) two Prime Contracts: General Construction (GC) and Plumbing (P). The work is generally described as follows: General Construction (GC): The contract includes the installation of meter pits; curb stop replacement (if necessary) and related restoration work. Plumbing (P): This contract covers the complete in-house installation of water meters and installation of water meter units within the meter pits. NYS EFC PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: All Bidders shall comply with the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation Program Requirements and Mandatory State Revolving Fund Terms and Conditions for Contracts Funded with the NYS Clean Water State Revolving Fund or Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Effective October 1, 2023. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
