Project Description: Bridge # 65573 - CSAH 12 Construction Location: On CSAH 12, Over Chetemba Creek, 15, T-116N, R-37W, 6.5 miles N.E. of Sacred Heart, MN. Bridge Replacement (old 65504, New 65573) Concrete Slab Span and approach grading Approximate major items of work are: 751 CY Excavation-Common 3545 CY Common Embankment 1689 Ton Aggregate Base Class-5 200 LF Type S (TL-4) Barrier Concrete 63,160 Lbs Reinforcement Bars (Epoxy Coated) 3,900 SF Bridge Slab Concrete (3HYPC-M) 270 LF CIP Concrete Piling 12" 360 LF CIP Concrete Piling 12" 735 Ton Random Riprap Class III Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the County of Renville as obligee, or certified check payable to the Auditor/Treasurer of Renville County equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the County in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. This Project has a Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) goal. See the DBE Special Provisions for requirements.
