The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: Project for the redevelopment of an existing park to include removals, earthwork, bituminous parking lot, bituminous basketball half court, bituminous trails, concrete pavements and curbs, big block retaining wall, new ballfield fencing, tennis court gates, stormwater utilities, electrical work, erosion control, installation of miscellaneous site furnishings, restoration, and landscaping. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of New Brighton shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Question Deadline 04/30/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
