Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for outdoor lighting for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of July 30, 2025, per owner, project has been awarded and construction started in October 2024. Ramsey County, through the Public Works Department, seeks professional engineering services for design of Old Highway 8 Bridge #4533 (CSAH 77) in the City of New Brighton. Services will include preparation of preliminary bridge plans, final bridge plans, bridge type study, specifications, and cost estimates for the reconstruction of the roadway including roadway elements, pedestrian facilities, storm sewer, pavement, signing, pavement markings and street lighting. Ramsey County Procurement's service provider by is the only authorized source of solicitation documents. Solicitation documents obtained from any other source may be an incomplete set of documents. Bidders using solicitation documents obtained from another source are advised to register with to obtain a complete set of solicitation documents and to enable receipt of necessary addenda. Reproduction of these documents without the express permission of Ramsey County is prohibited. CERT Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
