Street Rehabilitation Sealed proposals for furnishing of the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the rehabilitation of approximately 2.11 miles of residential streets in New Brighton by the reclamation of the existing bituminous surfacing, removal and replacement of sections of concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer improvements, hydrant replacement, street excavation and grading, bituminous surfacing, and boulevard repair which includes approximately 34,000 SY Reclaim Bituminous Surface 4,700 CY Remove Reclaim Material 6,200 TON Bituminous Non-Wear Mixture 4,300 TON Bituminous Wear Mixture 7 EA Storm Sewer Catch Basins 40 LF Storm Sewer (12" RCP) 18 EA Fire Hydrants 5,000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 1 LS Traffic Control Plus miscellaneous and incidental work. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit; a Responsible Contractor Certificate; an Equal Employment Opportunity Certification. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids. The right is reserved to accept any bid, or to reject any or all bids.
