Method of Delivery: Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been selected as an Agency Construction Manager by Mounds view Public Schools, ISD 621 to administer the construction of Highview Middle School LTFM 2024 Improvements, 2300 7th Street NW, New Brighton, MN 55112 The overall project consists of removing existing steam piping and converting to a hot water system, as well as, replacement of the existing domestic water distribution piping. As part of this retrofit the building is being converted to a geothermal system. Project also consists of electrical upgrades and architectural finishes in areas where MEP work is taking place. The work will be constructed in accordance with the Project Schedule. D. Work Included in this Offering: We are presently soliciting competitive "Prime Contract Bids" for the following portions of work as defined herein. Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of amount of maximum bid submitted (including additive alternates) in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or paper bid bond. Bid security shall be made payable to Owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid. This bid security will be uploaded to online website.
