Sealed proposals for furnishing of the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the rehabilitation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer in New Brighton by lining which includes approximately: 3000 LF 8 -15 CIPP Sewer Lining 69 EA Lateral Reinstatements 69 EA Lateral Connection Liner (2) 570 LF CIPP Lateral Lining 160 VF Manhole Rehabilitation 333 LF Alternative Bid Sewer Replacement Plus miscellaneous and incidental work, all in accordance with the plans and specifications, will be received at the Office of the City Engineer in the City of New Brighton. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of opening of bids. The right is reserved to accept any bid, or to reject any or all bids. BID SUBMITTAL: A bid shall be submitted on paper no later than the date and time prescribed. For this project, the City will only be accepting paper bids. OWNERS RIGHTS RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby.
