Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Iowa Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes work relating to the new Rock Run Elementary Playground, located at 710 North Street, Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126. The scope includes but is not limited to 1. Demolition of existing playground equipment & foundations. Installation of new playground equipment, structures, and foundations. 2. Removal & replacement of existing site pavement. 3. Removal, salvage, and reinstallation of existing woodchip playground ground cover and site benches. 4. Removal of existing landscape edging, ground cover & spoils. 5. Site regrading, placement of granular free-draining subbase, drainage tile, and installation of poured-in-place concrete sidewalks, poured-in-place playground surfacing, and engineered wood fiber playground surfacing. Work will include but is not limited to demolition of existing playground equipment & foundations. Installation of new playground equipment, structures, and foundations. Each bid must be accompanied, in a separate envelope, by a bid bond for 5% of the bid amount with a certified check or bank draft. Performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will also be required. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after opening of bids.
