Site work and paving for a civil project in Iowa Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work: 21,184 cubic yards (CY) of topsoil strip, stockpile, and respread; 40,987 CY of excavation; 524 linear feet (LF) of 24-inch (IN) RCP storm sewer; 35 LF of 18-IN RCP arch culvert; 1,199 LF of 12-IN water main; 144 LF of 8-IN water main; 1,455 LF of 8-IN sanitary sewer; 4 sanitary manhole structures and 2 storm sewer intakes; 3,716 square yards (SY) of 7-IN paving with 12-IN subgrade preparation and 6-IN of modified subbase. Temporary erosion control will consist of 1,378 SY of rolled erosion control product, 1,208 LF of 9-IN wattle, inlet protection, and erosion control mulching. Project will be stabilized with seeding. The Work will be substantially complete on or before November 3, 2025 and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before December 1, 2025. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 5% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. The Contract Times will commence to run within 30 days after the Effective Date of the Contract or at the end of the bid acceptance period, whichever is earlier.
