Furnishing of Streetlight Light Emitting diode (LED) Fixtures All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security. The LED type of roadway fixture unit supplied shall be a COOPER LIGHTING GROUP LED Street Luminaire Street works Arche on Small Series fixture. NO substitutions will be acceptable. Fixture selection shall be at the sole discretion of the Village. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village.
