Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security. Bidders shall comply with the Prevailing Wage Rate Act (820 ILCS 130). Bidders will also be required to comply with the applicable equal employment opportunity provisions. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village.
