Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovation of Building Automation Systems (BAS) at Four (4) Pace Facilities Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to Pace via email to questionsandanswers@pacebus.com prior to 2:00 p.m. Central Time on Tuesday May 14, 2024, in order to receive a response from Pace. The solicitation number must be referenced in the subject line of that email Contractor shall furnish all materials, lifts, permits, labor, tools, support equipment and any miscellaneous incidentals or supplies not specifically listed in this specification but needed to meet the intent of this specification. The objective of this project is to provide BAS systems that are consistent with the existing BAS systems operating at other Pace facilities that are running the Niagara framework. All control devices furnished/installed must be programmable directly from the Niagara Workbench. The use of configurable or programmable controllers that require additional software tools or hardware for post-installation maintenance or programming are not acceptable.
