North West Fire District, with a building located at 7911 Crego Road, Baldwinsville, New York 13027, is looking to receive bids on the preparation for, and full installation (with complete hook up) of, a replacement backup generator (and affiliated equipment) at the above address and the removal of the old generator If any person contemplating submitting a bid for the proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of specifications or other issues, he may submit to the North West Fire District a written request for interpretation or correction thereof. Requests to be given consideration must be received at least three (3) days prior to the Bid Date. The person submitting the request will be responsible for its prompt delivery. Any interpretation of the proposed document will be made by Addendum only, duly issued, and a copy will be mailed or delivered to each person receiving a set of documents not later than 48 hours prior to Bid Date. North West Fire District will not be responsible for any other explanation or interpretation of the proposed document. Decisions will be made prior to July 24, 2024. Maximum Purchase/Installation Price: $75,000.00
