Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Grand Rapids Public Schools will perform upgrades to the Coit Gym to allow for more robust audio/visual systems during events. This RFP addresses the procurement, installation, and configuration of such systems. The Grand Rapids Public Schools wishes to augment, upgrade, and expand the existing audio/visual systems of the Coit Creative Arts Academy gymnasium to allow for more robust use of the space during events. This RFP addresses the removal and upgrade of selected existing components as well as the procurement, installation, and configuration of new components for a complete system. The bidders shall attach an anticipated schedule for delivery and installation, including: (a) the earliest time interval after bid award that the installation could begin (b) the duration of the installation Bidders should assume bid award within seven (7) calendar days from the opportunity Closing Time, and that Purchase Orders would be generated to the winning bidder after Grand Rapids Public Schools Board of Education approval, which would be anticipated by June 4, 2024
