Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
This project includes shingle roofing system repair or replacement on4 department of transportation salt domes. The structures are as follows. 1. Mitchell salt dome 5,275 S.F. 2. Carrolton salt dome 2,922 S.F. 3. East St. Louis salt dome 1,963 S.F. 4. Hamel salt dome 1,963 Bid security must be submitted with each bid equal to 10% of the base bid and must be in the form of a CDB bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or bank draft. Refer to Article 00 43 13 of the Standard Documents for Construction Each salt dome will require removal of the existing roofing system, including shingles, sheathing, water and ice shield, and structural repair as shown. Included will be roof vents and metal flashing CDB reserves the right to terminate this PLA as to any party found to have violated the provisions of this Article.
