Early Release Package and Final Bid Package (100% CD's) Scope includes Acoustical Tile (ECC: $564,206), Electrical (ECC: $2,696,869), Fire Protection (ECC: $232,345), Glass Glazing (ECC: $128,120), HVAC (ECC: $2,438,585), Masonry (ECC: $1,704,450), Miscellaneous Metals (ECC: $466,823), Painting (ECC: $135,113), Plumbing (ECC: $526,808), Roofing Flashing (ECC: $570,952), and Tile (ECC: $404,000). This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process. UMBA, through its Prequalifica- tion Committee, is prequalifying Acoustical Tile, Electrical, Fire Protection, Glass Glazing, HVAC, Masonry, Miscellaneous Metals, Painting, Plumbing, Roofing Flashing, and Tile firms interested in providing public construction services for the School of Public Health Health Sciences (SPHHS) Hub, through this RFQ process. The required Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is different from DCAMM Certification. Based on information provided in the SOQs submission, the Prequalification Committee will prequalify respondents it deems to be qualified in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFQ. This work is for Early Release Package #3 (EP3) and the Final Bid Package (100% Construction Documents). The Architect is currently in the construction documents phase. Fontaine Brothers, Inc. is the Construction Manager of record for this project. The Statement of Qualifications must conform to requirements set forth in the RFQ.
