Site work for a swimming pool in Cheney, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Description of Work: Work consists of addition of swimming pools, waterslide complex, and bathhouse; site work; and other Work related thereto on an existing site currently in use and occupied by the Owner as a municipal park. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashiers check, or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. Questions regarding the Contract Documents shall be e-mailed to dcurley@cityofcheney.org. The City of Cheney reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Work shall proceed with promptness and dispatch, in accordance with the following schedule: 1. Notice to Proceed, and Work to Commence: Anticipated no later than the week of June 10-14, 2024. 2. Substantial Completion of All Work: May 30, 2025. 3. Final Completion: Not more than 60 days later than Substantial Completion.
