For the purchase and installation of access control system and cameras for the Cheney Municipal Court. The City of Cheney reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities. The Objective of the Cheney Municipal Court Security Upgrade Project is to improve and enhance the access control and court area monitoring with cameras through the installation of electronic key card automated access control on the entry doors and cameras to monitor the court spaces. The Cheney Municipal Court is located at 611 2 nd St, Cheney Washington 99004. The work requested will improve the physical security of the court facility with replacement of key locks on the doors and cameras to monitor and record the activity in the court. Doors: - Front door entry from the street with electronic entry pad and key card and upgraded push bar exit. - Front Hall door entry into Court spaces with electronic entry. - Back Hall door entry in Court spaces with electronic entry. - Back door entry from parking area with electronic entry Pad and key card and upgraded push bar exit. Access Control System: - Provide recommended access control service with remote virtual system monitoring and control capabilities. - The system will have the ability to use electronic key cards on all doors. - The system will support 2 remote control push button Duress silent alarm fobs with monitoring. Cameras: - At least a 4 Mega Pixel camera to monitor the lobby. - At least a 4 Mega Pixel camera to monitor the court room. - Provide an audio option on camera monitors. - The system will maintain at least 30 days of recordings. - Access to the recordings will be via web browser on and computer on the network. SCHEDULES The work on this project will be bid under one bid schedule. Bid schedule No. One is for all proposed door and access control installation work. Bid schedule No. Two is for all camera purchase and installation work. The low bid shall be determined on the basis of the net sum of bid schedule No. One, and the City shall have the right to incorporate any and all optional bid components into the contract for this project at the time the project is awarded.
