Start date is tomorrow and completion date has not yet been established.** End of questions, EOB Friday April 02 Work of the Project includes but is not limited to selective demolition, concrete slabs, light gauge metal framing, insulation, drywall, interior doors, exterior glazed wall systems, interior finishes, plumbing, HVAC, fire suppression, and electrical work. In response to the COVID-19 global pandemic and in an effort to keep our contractors and staff healthy, the Construction & Planning Services Department of Eastern Washington University (C&P) is making changes to the Public Works bid submittal and bid opening process Voluntary numerical Diverse Business goals of 10% MBE, 6% WBE and 5% Washington Small Business, and 5% Veterans have been established for this project. Contract Time - The undersigned hereby agrees to Substantially Complete all the work under the Base Bid (and accepted Alternates) within 250 calendar days after the date of Notice to Proceed. Final Completion - All the Work shall be fully and finally completed in accordance with the contract documents within 100 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion
