Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Cheney, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of street and sidewalk improvements for new and existing bus stops. The work includes traffic control, demolition, grading, concrete footings and flatwork, reinforced concrete platforms, electrical, landscaping, signage, and installation of stop amenities. Bidders are instructed that State of Washington prevailing wage rates apply. No bid may be withdrawn after the due date and time unless contract award is delayed for more than 90 days. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities in the solicitation process. The use of Minority and Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) contractors and suppliers is encouraged but not mandatory. Bidders can contact relevant offices for information on certified firms. The successful bidder must comply with all federal, state, and local EEO laws and regulations, including nondiscrimination requirements.
