The project includes removal and replacement of synthetic track surface, removal and replacement of areas of concrete curb and asphalt, replacement of chain link fencing, and modifications to electrical power and data, and other related work in the Construction Documents. Bidders are required to register and create an account in the EWU C&P Contractor Diversity Management System (B2Gnow) to submit an electronic bid. All bidders must have an account in the B2Gnow system to be included on the official plan holders list. The contractor that is awarded the project will be responsible for printing all documents necessary for performing the work. State of Washington prevailing wage rates apply. Mandatory 15% apprentice labor hours of the total labor hours are a requirement of the construction contract. Voluntary workforce diversity goals for this apprentice participation are identified in the Instructions to Bidders and the General Conditions for Washington State Facility Construction. Subcontractor List Form A must be provided for electrical work if the bid amount and alternates sum to one million dollars or more, within one hour of bid submittal. Supplemental Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project, based on the criteria set forth in "DIVISION 00 SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA."
