Request for Qualifications Cheney Public Schools #360 Professional Architectural Design Services Cheney Public Schools #360 is requesting statement of qualifications from professional architectural firms in accordance with RCW 39.80.030. In seeking professional architectural design services, Cheney Public Schools requests qualifications from firms with recent experience in commercial kitchen expansion construction in Washington State. Cheney Public Schools is planning to expand existing kitchens at Windsor Elementary School and Salnave Elementary School. The scope of work includes the expansion of approximately 750 sq. ft. at each school to accommodate the needs for additional prep space and equipment where meals are made daily from scratch for students. The project is expected to be delivered via design-bid-build, with a bid opening in December 2025.
