Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cheney, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of existing asphalt pavement surface preparation (asphalt patching, crack sealing, pavement grinding), ADA curb ramp upgrades (including geometry revisions), storm drain retrofit, asphalt overlay paving, painted lane striping and pavement markings. Time for completion of the Work on site is 50 working days. All bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashier's check, or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
