Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Anchorage, Alaska. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Project Management and Engineering Department (PM&E), designs and builds public works projects that provide a safe and efficient transportation network throughout the MOA. Voter-approved bonds fund the majority of these projects, which include roads, non-motorized facilities, transit facilities and drainage improvements. PM&E is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural/engineering services for the following projects: Project A: Beaver Place / Baxter Road Surface Rehabilitation - Northern Lights Boulevard to DeBarr Road Project B: 23rd Avenue / Eagle Street Area Reconstruction Project C: Mary Avenue Area Road and Drainage Improvements Project D: 120th Avenue Upgrade - Johns Road to Old Seward Highway Project E: 4th Ave/Newell St/Honeysuckle Ave Drainage Improvements Question Deadline 04/25/2024 at 12:00 PM AKT Any questions regarding this proposal are to be submitted in writing to: Municipality of Anchorage Purchasing Department wwpur@muni.org.
