**As of July 10, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority (AIDEA), is soliciting detailed bids from qualified general and/or roofing contractors interested in providing FedEx Hangar Roof Replacement on the premises of the: Federal Express Aircraft Maintenance Facility located at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport 5801 Lockheed Ave, Anchorage, AK 99502. Detailed bids shall propose a new ventilated cold roof system that shall be weather tight and free from causing ice and snow dams. The Engineer's Estimate is: $1,000,000 or greater All questions relating to design features, constructability, quantities, or other technical aspects of the project should be directed to the following.
