Project Description: The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking quotes to remove and dispose two (2) existing boilers and furnish and install new boilers at 1334 E. 10th Ave and 3221 W 69th Ave Anchorage, AK. Anticipated Period of Performance or Completion Date: Anticipated date of contract upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Project must be completed on or before June 1, 2025. Estimated Amount of Proposed Contract: $25,000 to $100,000. Question Deadline and Submittal location: DATE: May 8, 2024 PREVAILING TIME: 4:00 PM EMAIL: submittals@ahfc.us The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, waive minor informalities, negotiate changes and to not award the proposed contract, if in its best interest. "Minor Informalities" means matters of form rather than substance which are evident from the submittal, or are insignificant matters that have a negligible effect on price, quantity, quality, delivery, or contractual conditions and can be waived or corrected without prejudice to other Offerors.
