Voter-approved bonds fund the majority of these projects, which include roads, non-motorized facilities, transit facilities and drainage improvements. PM&E is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide architectural/engineering services for the 4th Avenue Signals & Lighting Upgrade - L Street to G Street project.
