Estimated project value: $200,000 - 215,000 The purpose of this project is to provide & install well and septic systems in four (4) residences in Naknek, Alaska. Work shall be completed at the sites stated in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all work required by the project specifications and as shown on the project drawings. Estimated Cost Range: Owner anticipates that the Work's total bid price will be approximately $200,000 - $215,000. A pre-bid conference is not planned for this project. All access to the Sites other than during a regularly scheduled Site visit must be coordinated through the following Owner or Engineer contact for visiting the Site: kavnuk@anthc.org. Bidder must conduct the required Sites visit during normal working hours. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions.
