The Project includes the following Work: Summary of the Work of the Project includes: For 10 homes, provide 1. one of three options for individual, onsite sewer service: o a septic tank and conventional drain field, o a septic tank effluent pump system and mounded drain field, or o an aboveground wastewater treatment unit. 2. For 14 homes: o Provide connections to the new well at each home site o Coordinate with the Owner contracted well drilling contractor to make power connections to the well pump and well heat trace at each well. o Provide well service line and well pump and heat trace power from new wells to each home. o Provide new electrical service meter and electrical sub panel and coordinate with ANTHC superintendent to provide final electrical, water and sewer connections in the home. Additive Alternates include: 3. For 3 homes under Additive Alternate 1, provide an aboveground wastewater treatment unit sewer system. 4. For 5 homes under Additive Alternate 1, provide connections to the new well at eachhome site and coordinate with the well drilling contractor to make power connections to the well pump and well heat trace at each well. Provide well service line and well pump and heat trace power from new wells to each home. Provide new electrical service meter and electrical sub panel and coordinate with ANTHC superintendent to provide final electrical, water and sewer connections in the home. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with residential water and sewer systems. Question Deadline 05/07/2024 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Estimated Cost Range: Owner anticipates that the Work's total bid price will be approximately $5,000,000 - $6,000,000. Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 15 September 2025 and final completion date of 15 November 2025. Award Statement: Award will be based on the total of the Base Bid, Miscellaneous, and Additive Alternates, if any. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
