Every request for such interpretations shall be in writing, addressed to the Jeffrey Hinderliter, City Engineer, Department of Engineering, City Hall, 13 West Oneida Street, Oswego, New York 13126, or emailed to jhinderliter@oswegony.org Furnish Preventative Maintenance Paving Project on various Streets in the City of Oswego General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % -- Each bidder shall provide with its proposal a bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasurer's check, payable to the City of Oswego, or cash, in the amount of 5%. The bid security is a guarantee extended to the City by each bidder, promising that such bidder will contract with the City in the event that the bid is accepted. *The City of Oswego reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
