To provide a full-time Mechanic/Operator to work on-site for owner directed boiler house operations maintenance and repair services for a period of one (1) year, with a possibility of two one (1) year renewal periods. This is a full-time position, with an eight (8) hour shift, beginning at 12:00 AM EST, Sunday through Thursday. An estimated 10%, or 200 hours, of optional overtime may be available. The position will report to an Upstate Boiler House Plant Utilities Engineer 2 (PUE2). Location: SUNY Upstate Medical University, 750 East Adams St., Syracuse, NY 13210 NYS Small Businesses and businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the NYS Executive Law are encouraged to submit bids.
