Question Cuttoff Date & Time 4/23/2024 05:00:00 PM (CT) The City of Kirkwood (hereafter noted as "the City") is requesting sealed proposals for Kirkwood Amphitheater Stage Lighting Replacement. Qualified Firms (hereafter noted as "Firm") are invited to submit sealed proposals to provide Kirkwood Amphitheater Stage Lighting Replacement for the City of Kirkwood in accordance with the specifications contained herein. Kirkwood Parks and Recreation requests proposals for replacing and installing no less than 4 and up to a maximum of 8 PAR light fixtures that are compatible with a Leprecon 624 Lighting Board at the outdoor Kirkwood Amphitheater. The light fixtures must be IP rated to withstand year round weather exposure. Installation hardware that may be needed include correct wiring, clamps, snout/snoot. Replacement of lamps may be possible in some fixtures, others may be non-functional.
