Tentative City Commission Approval: June 13, 2024 The City of Hays Department of Water Resources is accepting proposals for the 2024 Cleaning and CCTV Inspection of its Sanitary Sewer System. This written Request for Proposal (RFP) states the scope of the City of Hays requirements and specifies the general rules for preparing the proposal. The proposal should clearly demonstrate how the firm can best satisfy the requirements of the City of Hays. The City of Hays shall reserve the right to enter into an agreement with the firm presenting the proposal that is most advantageous to the City of Hays. The City of Hays has budgeted $150,000 in 2024 for Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and CCTV Inspection. Sanitary Sewer Cleaning and Inspection can also include patching, root removal, and protruding tap removal. 2. Rules of Preparation The submitted proposals must follow the rules and the format established within this RFP. Adherence to these rules will ensure a fair and objective analysis of all proposals. Failure to comply with any portion of this request may result in rejection of a proposal. 3.
