See Sections 1 and 2 for the complete Project Requirements. Overview Saginaw ISD is seeking pricing for LAN cabling of their Jerome Preschool building. The project includes the following: Abatement for existing cables and systems Cat 5 and 6 copper LAN cabling Public announcement speakers, cabling, and raceway throughout the building and the PA cabinet in office Burglar Alarm door sensors, motion sensors, wiring, panels, etc Door access wiring and panels Round rigid conduit used for low voltage cabling(mostly cameras) to be replaced with raceway Current POTS DMARC and phone cabling on first floor Charter cables from Charter DMARC on first floor to building DMARC Charter cables from classroom 204 to second story Charter DMARC Abatement of current fiber from building entrance on first floor to current IT Rack on 3rd floor Installation of new LAN Cabling to support computers, phones, access points, pa, clocks, etc. All LAN cabling should be run in raceway with appropriate transitions for corners, turns and drops. Existing raceway can be re-used where appropriate. Cables and cable paths should take the open ceiling into account and be run with consideration that they are in view of the public and completed in a neat and aesthetically-pleasing way. All LAN cables will be run to the MDF on the mechanical level (3rd floor). Installation of new fiber from building entrance on first floor to new IT Rack location on the 3rd floor. Installation of customer provided wall board in MDF. Installation of customer provided 4 post locking rack in MDF. Installation of wire cable basket in MDF to extend from current to new location. Installation of twist to close or speed firestop sleeves in mechanical room to accommodate new IT rack location.
