Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Archbold, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

A new 12" water main will be installed along the north side of West Barre Road from West Street to MacArthur Street and Myers Road. Side streets will have their water mains connected to the new 12" waterline. Water mains and services that cross West Barre Road will be directionally drilled. A new 8" water service is planned along the east edge of the Frozen Specialties parking lot from West Barre Road to the south side of their truck scales. New water services will be provided to the houses and commercial properties. New concrete sidewalks will be installed along the north side of West Barre Road from Brussel Street to the southwest corner of the Frozen Specialties' parking lot. The 1971 storm sewer main on the north side of West Barre Road will be removed from HN 604 to Frozen Specialties. New storm leads will be directionally drilled across West Barre Road to the four affected houses. The contractor will be allowed to reduce West Barre Road traffic to two lanes within the work zone. Because of the directionally drilled waterlines and storm leads, asphalt pavement replacement areas will not be very large and will be near the edges of West Barre Road.
