The City of Lynn, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the McManus Park Project in Lynn, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Activitas dated April 17, 2024. The Project consists of: The City of Lynn - McManus Park - located at 138 Commercial Street will include site work to renovate the athletic fields, add a walkway as well as landscaping. The work is estimated to cost $7,000,000.00 (including all Alternates). General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all Alternates), and made payable to the City of Lynn. Additional sets may be purchased for $75.00. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), payable to ONLINE, to cover mail handling costs Written Requests for Clarification and Interpretation shall be submitted prior to 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 2, 2024 via electronic mail to Olivia Messenger (olivia@activitas.com).
