The County of Riverside Transportation and Land Management Agency is soliciting quotations for quotations for Accessible Pedestrian Signal (APS) Push Button system as detailed in Attachment A of this RFQ. Cost sheet to be completed on online response. The County does not guarantee any item or any dollar amount will be purchased. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers, to waive any discrepancy or technicality and to split or make the award in any manner determined by the County to be most advantageous to the County. Bidders are encouraged to submit their best price initially as County may award without negotiations. ALL unit prices must include shipping, handling, delivery, fuel surcharges and/or freight charges. Question Must be submitted by: Date: April 29, 2024 Time: 1:30 PM Pacific Time The period of performance shall be up to five (5) year(s), with each year renewable in one-year increments, with the first year completing on 6/30/2025 and the final year to end on 6/30/2029, with no obligation by the County of Riverside to purchase any specified amount of goods or services.
