Request for Proposals Full-Service Water Storage Tank Asset Management and Maintenance Program The Borough of Beach Haven will receive proposals from qualified firms to contract for the below-referenced services: Full-Service Water Storage Tank Asset Management and Maintenance Program Respondents to the RFP shall include the complete painting and repair of the water storage tanks as well as providing for the long-term full-service maintenance and management for the water storage tanks identified in this RFP. All information outlined in the RFP, along with any other pertinent facts necessary for a proper evaluation of this proposal, should be delivered to the Borough of Beach Haven prior to the hour and date above designated. Proposals shall be submitted in duplicate, sealed, and mailed (or delivered) to be received no later than the above time and date. The Borough of Beach Haven reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal, and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that in its sole judgment will be in the best interest of Borough of Beach Haven irrespective of cost. The Borough specifically reserves the right to reject any conditional proposal and will normally reject those which make it impossible to determine the intent of the proposal. This RFP is not a bid, the lowest cost proposal may not necessarily be chosen as the best solution for the long-term requirements of the Borough. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
