A. Somerset ES: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Provide reduced pressure principle backflow assembly, appurtenances and associated domestic cold water piping for owner furnished combi ovens. 2. Demo existing combi ovens. 3. Install owner furnished combi ovens. 4. Provide drain piping for owner furnished combi ovens. 5. Provide electrical for owner furnished combi ovens. 6. Demo existing dishwasher and dishwasher hood. 7. Provide dishwasher. 8. Provide electrical and ventilation for dishwasher. B. Lake Hills ES: The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Provide reduced pressure principle backflow assembly, appurtenances and associated domestic cold water piping for owner furnished combi ovens. 2. Provide drain piping for owner furnished combi ovens. 3. Provide electrical for owner furnished combi ovens. Bid Bond: A Bid Deposit of five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid is required and must either be a surety bond, postal money order, cash, cashiers' check or certified check. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned; however, the three lowest will be held until after award of Contract. Bid Deposit of successful bidder will be returned upon receipt and acceptance of completed Performance and Payment Bond, Certificate of Insurance, and signed Contract Agreement No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the receiving thereof or before award of Contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days The Board of Directors of Bellevue School District No. 405 reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality.
