As of February 26, 2025, award has been made and architect identified. Engineering - Roof Replacement. Question Deadline 04/26/2024 at 8:00 PM CT Questions due prior Procurement@stcharlesil.gov The goal of this contract is to provide complete and Executed contract anticipated: June 5, 2024. Accurate construction plans and specifications to be utilized for construction in fall 2024 or spring 2025 Scope of Work The City of St. Charles is requesting qualifications and proposals to perform Architectural Services for the replacement of the roofs at: Fire Station 2 (2900 Production Drive), Fire Station 3 (2901 Campton Hills Road) and the Chlorine Building (200 Devereaux Way). The two Fire Station buildings are identical and were constructed one year apart, in 1986 and 1987, respectively. The selected Consultant will be expected to inspect the roofs in order to confirm the replacement needs and prepare drawings and specifications required to bid the construction work. M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The City reserves the right to waive any informality, technical requirement, deficiency, or irregularity in the submittal. The City may conduct discussions with Participating Suppliers to further clarify the submittal as may be necessary
