Site work for a water / sewer project in Williamsburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the DBHDS Eastern State Storm & Sewer Replacement at Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, VA. The project is generally described as the replacement of approximately 580 linear feet of 6-inch PVC sewer line, 50 linear feet of 15-inch RCP storm line, and 60 linear feet of 24-inch RCP storm line, cleaning and CIPP lining of 1510 linear feet of existing storm and sanitary pipe, and cleaning of 990 linear feet of storm pipe. The project will also replace 2 headwall structures and rehabilitate existing storm and sewer infrastructure. A Bid Bond is required. The contract shall be awarded on a lump sum basis as follows: the Total Base Bid Amount including any properly submitted and received bid modifications plus such successive Additive Bid Items as the Owner in its discretion decides to award in the manner set forth in Paragraph 12 of the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance Bonds and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
