Renovation of a multi-residential development in Anacortes, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
general contract for re-roofing Site One apartment buildings, located at 511 T Avenue, Anacortes, WA. The work includes but is not limited to removal of existing exterior cladding and installing new weather resistant barrier, fiber cement cladding and associated work to two buildings (roughly 9,440 square feet of cladding"). The Anacortes Housing Authority is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer. Small, minority- and women owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. All work, performed on the project will be subject to the higher of prevailing state or federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. This project is funded, by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Washington. State Community Development Block Grant program. Bid security: A certified or bank cashier's check, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the Anacortes Housing Authority, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. Rejection of Bids: The Housing Authority shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data, required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
